Alphabet Soup: Imagine the World as a Canvas
Presented by the Visual Art League of Lewisville
Curated by Denise Holguin
Aug. 26 - Oct. 25
On view in the South Display Case at the Lewisville Grand Theater, Alphabet Soup brings together 17 artists who each reimagine a different letter as its own unique canvas. Some artists created multiple works, resulting in a colorful mix of paintings and found-object pieces that together spell out the phrase “Imagine the world as a canvas.” The exhibition celebrates creativity, playfulness, and the many ways artists bring language to life through visual art.
