"Both the black box and grand theater are fantastic. Each has its own purpose which is great to have across the hall from each other. Great artists such as Lloyd Maines have commented about how the black box is much like the original Austin City Limits, and as 1 of the inaugural ACL Hall Of Fame inductees, along with Willie Nelson and Stevie Ray Vaughn, and having performed there more than just about anyone, he knows. For larger shows the grand theater is hard th beat. Not a bad seat in the house, acoustics are fantastic and it's comfortable yet feels more intimate than a big theater." - Jim Kennedy, May 14, 2017
